Knowing that is a great start. But, it is only a start. Because when you&#039;re already in a huge organization, your first inclination is to find ways to rationalize why creativity isn&#039;t so important. Because the alternative (i.e. retooling your buggy whip plant to become an automobile factory) promises to be pretty damned painful.</description>
